Dan is a...You might have had the heat up too high. <BR/><BR/>Dan is an amazing cook generally speaking, but he will - on occasion - blunder a dish or too and it's invariably because he has the heat up too high.<BR/><BR/>When my parents were visiting once he managed to get pancake batter to stick to the non-stick counter top skillet.
