Good Thing All Those States Banned Gay Marriage

First thing to say: I can't even believe that this is "news," let alone currently CNN.com's top story.

Second thing to say: "It was a shock for both of us, so unexpected," said Jamie Lynn Spears of her pregnancy. "I was in complete and total shock and so was he." Well, when you have sex and don't use birth control, this tends to happen. (See Spears, Britney.) For real? A shock?!?!? Please.

Third thing to say: Jamie Lynn Spears Pregnancy Raises Legal Questions. Here's a legal question: what is the point of these laws? It takes (at least) two to tango. If you prosecute the gander, you should prosecute the goose.

Fourth thing to say: Thank God we keep banning gay marriage all over the country, in order to steer procreation into marriage. It's working swell.

Fifth thing to say: If you Google "steer procreation into marriage," The Last Debate is the top result. Cool.

I'm all about those procreating steer. I don't think they should marry each other, though.

"Stupid het tricks" is an awesome tag. I hope to see more of it.

My outrage at this story is fairly limited to a rolling of the eyes, and a shaking of the head over one simple fact: Jamie Lynn Spears decided to sacrifice her own cable TV show (a teen show with a genuine teenager) because she wanted to grow up so fast.

In a way, this is every stage parent's nightmare: becoming a stage grandparent too soon.

Trailer trash procreating yet again...

The whole Spears family is F***** in the head. I feel sorry for the child. So much for that "normal family living" she thinks she can provide.

What are they so afraid of? For the truth about gay marriage check out our trailer. Produced to educate & defuse the controversy it has a way of opening closed minds & creates an interesting spin on the issue: www.OUTTAKEonline.com
The truth will set them free… :)

The best thing Jamie Lynn Spears could do for her baby and her future is put the child up for adoption and let a stable adult couple raise it in a loving home. She would show the world she is capable of doing the right thing. It would be a win, win, situation for both of them.

the world will not end for jamie lynn, but her kiddie network career probably will.

I bet she's got some cash to get by on and at the very least she'll be able to use her looks if she needs a new baby daddy.

On fifth thing to say: This is horribly self-promoting, but also exciting. I just typed "Beauty and Paradox" into Google and my blog came up!!!!

Too self-promoting- I shall be anonymous.

Clever. Subtle. Ciceresque, even.

Spears said that both she and her boyfriend were in total shock that she became pregnant. Had neither of them ever been told how babies are made? Unbelievable!!
