A Bold Prediction

Sarah Palin will not be on the ballot in November. She may well withdraw from the ticket by the end of the week.

I think that's an interesting prediction. I've been thinking the same thing for the last 24 hours.

I'm just amazed by the whole thing. I guess I'm not the only one.

If your prediction comes true, the Republicans will then portray her withdrawal as a brave move or McCain's involvement in the decision as bold and an example of strong leadership. It's amazing how these people can shovel unadulterated bullshit, and so many people buy it! (Can you tell I'm sick of the whole thing already?)

Glad I'm not the only one getting a weird Harriet Miers vibe here.

doubtful. go check out the recent Cindi McSame interview: She says Palin is experienced and ready since Alaska is so close to Russia. I kid you not.

I did see that. Frankly, if those are the standards, my foreign policy experience trumps hers.

She thinks the founding fathers said the pledge of allegiance, complete with the under God clause.

Who vetted her? Quayle?

She's a liberal blogger's dream.

Uh so how did that prediction work out for you?

Well, she's not Vice President, yet! Okay, so she made it through the week. But her husband has been subpoenaed in trooper-gate. However, on the other hand, reading the political tea leaves at the moment, it does seem at this time that John McCain is hellbent on doing every stupid thing he can to lose this election, so, I guess I'd have to say she'll be on the ticket.

In what respect, Charlie?

Oh, man, I can't wait for the Biden debate!

Andy, your drinking some kool-aid there, McCain is up in every poll. Plus if you read the info on, "troopergate" the state trooper has no foot to stand on and subpoenas mean little. It's just a court demand to appear and be questioned.

Honestly Andy your critique of her foreign policy experience was fine however the simple fact that you can't stop talking about Palin is what is driving Obama's loss.
