George Lucas' Misguided Liberal Propaganda

Huh?

How is Jar-Jar Binks even remotely gay?

I thought that common consensus was that Jar Jar was supposed to be black (e.g. he says "meesa" instead of "mister") and therefore his stupidity reflected poorly on African-Americans.

I suppose that he could be black AND gay...

I agree with Anonymous. i thought the controversy revolved around him being "black like."

Well, I think more than black, it was specifically Jamaican. But I mean, come on, how many black guys do you know talk like THAT unless they are really gay??? Jar-Jar was a complete queen.

Eh, that's stretching a bit, Andy.

What??? IF y'all didn't think Jar-Jar was queer, you need to schedule a tune-up for your gaydar.

Besides, this wasn't like a serious post or anything. Sheesh.

Are you honestly like, umm, defending Jar-Jar Binks?

I think a lot of your readers overlooked one crucial word in your original post, Andy.

Days, not years.

Jar-Jar was gay? Okay, I'll play along.

That Senate robe was hideous. But then, this was a long time ago.
